Accommodation
Accommodation is on 60 well appointed bedrooms with private en-suite facilities. All bedrooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, color television and direct dial telephones. Further amenities include a lift to all floors, nightporter and entertainment can be arranged on request. We also look after the very youngest of our guests, and provide cots and high chairs.

Dogs:
We regret that pets are not accepted at our hotel, unless they are Registered Guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Insurance:
For your protection we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to insure against eventualities. A booking represents a contract negotiated between the hotel and the client. it should be clearly understood that the client will be liable to charges in the event of a non-arrival or cancellation. insurance forms are available on request.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made in the first instance by telephone and then in writing.The following cancellation fees will be levied.
Reservations:
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 per person or as requested is required within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation and this deposit will be deducted from the final invoice on departure. all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
Allowances:
No allowances can be made for meals not taken during temporary absence or if departure is made before the end of the stay booked.
Arrival:
Room are available from 2:30p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00am. on the day of departure.
Property & valuables:
The hotel cannot accept responsibility for the loss of damage to guests' property and guests are advised that any valuables should be handed in to the hotel reception for safe-keeping and a receipt obtained.
Misconduct:
The management reserves the right to ask a guest to leave the premises should the guest be unable to correct any aspect of poor or unacceptable behavior.
Damages:
The management reserves the right to ask a guests to pay for any damages caused to the Hotel property.
